Each session combines soft, intentional movement with longer-held stretches and guided meditations to help the body slow down. This series creates a supportive environment where the nervous system can settle, allowing you to restore balance and feel more grounded over time.
The Strength for Yoga Series is a focused collection of short, effective classes designed to build strength that directly supports your yoga practice. Each session is around 20 minutes and centres on targeted drills for the core, upper body and legs, helping to develop stability and control. The series supports your yoga practice by focusing on practical, transferable strength.
