by accessing or using the platform (including creating an account, starting a membership, streaming content, or posting content), you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy.
if you do not agree, do not use the platform.
studio nira provides access to on-demand video content that is streamed only and not downloadable.
access to membership content is provided through a paid membership, available on a monthly or yearly basis.
the platform does not sell individual courses and does not offer tiered membership levels at launch.
memberships renew automatically unless you cancel before the renewal date.
the platform is available worldwide. pricing and applicable taxes (including vat) may vary based on your location.
for many “digital services” to consumers, vat rules can depend on where the consumer is located.
the platform may later include ios/android apps and live classes.
you may be able to browse some parts of the site (e.g. informational pages and pricing) without an account. video content and interactive features are only accessible to registered users.
during registration, you must provide accurate and complete information including at least: name, email address, password, country/region, payment details, acceptance of these terms and the privacy policy, and marketing consent preferences.
we may require email verification for security or registration purposes.
account creation and subscription may occur separately. it may be possible to create an account without a paid membership. if a membership ends, the account may remain active but with access restricted (for example, access only to a limited selection of free classes, if offered).
you are responsible for:
keeping your login details confidential
all activity under your account
ensuring the email address associated with your account is current
you must not share your login details or allow others to access the platform through your account.
we may suspend or restrict accounts if we reasonably suspect fraud, unauthorised access, or breach of these terms.
registered users have a dashboard/profile enabling them to:
view and edit profile information
manage billing and subscription details
track viewing progress automatically (including watched/completed content)
access saved content/activity where available
payments are processed through our platform provider and payment partners (e.g. uscreen and its payment processors).
we do not intentionally store full payment card details ourselves, although we may have access to billing records, invoices, and transaction history for support, accounting, and subscription administration.
your membership renews automatically unless you cancel before your renewal date. you can manage renewal and billing through your dashboard.
if you cancel, your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
you can delete your account from your account settings. deleting your account cancels the associated subscription.
studio nira provides immediate access to digital content upon activation of a membership. we do not offer refunds, including partial refunds for unused time in a billing period, except where refunds are required by applicable law or where digital content is faulty and statutory remedies apply.
if you are a consumer, you may have statutory rights that cannot be excluded.
uk – digital content quality rights: uk law provides that digital content must match its description and meet certain quality standards; if it does not, you may be entitled to remedies.
uk – cancellation rights & digital content: for distance contracts, consumers generally have a 14-day cancellation period, but for digital content supplied not on a tangible medium, the right to cancel can be lost once supply begins if the consumer has given the required consent and acknowledgement.
to support this, your checkout should include clear consent/acknowledgement wording where required.
we may offer discount codes, promotional codes (including global codes), and special pricing periods, including long-term or lifetime discounts where explicitly stated at the time of purchase.
discounts may be revoked if we reasonably believe there has been misuse, fraud, or breach of these terms.
you must behave respectfully and lawfully when using the platform and interacting with others.
you must not:
post or share spam, promotional abuse, misleading information, or unlawful content
post offensive, abusive, discriminatory, hateful, sexually explicit, or otherwise inappropriate content

limited user-generated content is permitted, including comments and reviews. users may also be permitted to upload images/videos/other media files specifically to the community page (if enabled).
all user-generated content must comply with these terms and is subject to moderation.
we reserve the right to moderate, edit, restrict, remove, or disable access to user-generated content, and to take action without prior notice where necessary.
by posting content on the platform, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, display, and make your content available on the platform for the purposes of operating, moderating, promoting, and improving the platform.
you are responsible for ensuring you have all rights needed to post your content and that it does not infringe anyone’s rights or break the law.
all platform content (including videos, branding, text, graphics, and materials) is owned by or licensed to studio nira.
you may use the platform for personal, non-commercial use only.
you must not copy, record, download, redistribute, share, publicly display, or commercially exploit any platform content, nor share login credentials or allow third parties to access the platform through your account.
